History

1992Five years before the establishment of OHBC, Tang-Ming-Huang Co., Ltd was founded in Taichung, Taiwan. Providing the Oolong teas all over Taiwan for both wholesale and retail. Since 1993, TMH started to receive consultations from Agricultural Research and Extension Station of the government. Launching the "Natural Farming", "Organic Crop Culture Technology" and the R & D of the related products. 
1997Since then, TMH started to transform in a gradual manner from a tea distributor into n natural and organic food distributor. After the establishment of OHBC in 1997, OHBC acquired the retailer "Jia Jia Organic healthy square", launching the first natural grocery store in Taichung an year later, in order to familiar the market and understand the requirement of the consumers. 
2002OHBC had a great leap forward in 2002, since the R&D and wholesale market was fairly mature during the time, the wholesale was reaching 300 products for selling in variety kinds of channels, which includes hypermarkets, supermarkets, on-line shopping and the home shopping channels. Providing health supplements, powdered mix, Oolong tea, dried fruit, and nuts for Eastern Home Shopping Channel.
2004In 2004, the food processing factory and logistic center were established at Taichung Industrial park.  
2005In 2005, the food-processing factory acquired the ISO090001 certification. According to the request from customers, the vinegar factory and the tea-processing factory were also established in the following years in Taoyuan and Nantou.
2009In 2009, OHBC purchased and set up the factory in Taichung Harbor Related Industrial Park, which acquired the organic food processing certification by TOC (Tse-Xin Organic Certification Corporation), and the certification of HACCP and ISO22000. 
2011Because of the insistence of OHBC in producing the natural and organic food, OHBC purchased an organic farm and tea farm at Zhong Liao, Nantou in 2011 and acquired the organic certification.
2013OHBC believes that natural and delicious food can bring health to everyone. Thus, producing natural, non-toxic, high quality and delicious food, continuing promote the concept of healthy eating and enforcing the eco-friendly lifestyle and attitude are OHBC's ongoing mission and expecting every customer will enjoy the real "LOHAS"!
